What does Romania's security landscape look like in today's geopolitical context? How prepared is the country to face threats along NATO's eastern flank, and how vulnerable is it to foreign influence and Russian propaganda? What drives political radicalization, and how can society become more resilient?

Students for Liberty Romania invites you to an open discussion on national security, geopolitical challenges, the situation in the Republic of Moldova, and the mechanisms behind political radicalization.

Joining us are two distinguished speakers:

  • Armand Goșu, Associate Professor, PhD – Exploring Romania's security challenges, its preparedness on NATO's eastern flank, and its vulnerability to Russian influence and propaganda.
  • Nicolae Petrescu, Assistant Lecturer, PhD Candidate – Examining the causes of political radicalization, its impact on contemporary society, and the importance of societal resilience.

The event encourages open dialogue and audience participation, offering attendees the opportunity to ask questions directly to our guests, challenge perspectives, and engage in meaningful discussions.
